I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, people, and process, leading teams, solving hard problems, and helping organizations move from where they are to where they need to be.

Today, I lead a blended team of program managers and engineers, translating complex technical work into real business outcomes. My interests center on technology, project and program management, and people leadership, and I'm endlessly curious about where technology is headed, especially AI.
